Key Job Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible for customer quality requirements review.
  2. Establish product and process control quality requirements based on internal and customer requirements.
  3. Ensure all products quality performance meet both internal and customer standards.
  4. For internal abnormal lot, work with cross functions to perform risk assessment for lot disposition, as well as drive for root cause analysis, containment, corrective and preventive actions.
  5. Lead customer complaint handling to ensure customer satisfaction, including timely communicating with customer, effective containment, and root cause identification, corrective and preventive actions.
  6. Customer Return Authorization (RMA) for all customers, and RMA final report assessment.
  7. Initiate and monitor quality improvement activities to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity.
  8. Drive for Benchmarking and lesson learn sharing across operations/ factories.
  9. Develop Quality Staff in Quality skill and Knowledge.
  10. Managing a group of quality engineers.
  11. Support external and internal audits.

Required Experience and Qualifications:


1. Bachelor degree in engineering or above from an accredited college or university.

2. More than 8 years of related quality engineering working experience in multinational manufacturing company in semiconductor related industries with min. three years management experience.

3. Good communication and presentation skill both in Chinese and English.

4. Familiar with TS16949 (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, etc.).

5. Strong knowledge on quality tools and problem solving skills.

6. Ability to recognize and define problems, analyze data and facts to draw conclusions.

7. Being able lead cross functional team to resolve quality issues quickly.
