Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):
- Project transfer (product and equipment). Project cost estimates and evaluates cost factors.
- Capital justification and control
- Plant layout Cost analysis and simulation
- Capacity analysis and time study
- Manufacturing data base maintenance in MESA+ and SAP(BOM & routing)
- Conduct studies to determine most efficient sequence of operations and work flow.
- Recommend methods to maximize utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Work is project oriented and receives defined tasks to complete.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- More than 2 years experience in related manufacturing environment;
- University degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related areas
- Familiar with CAD, Micro office.
- Good communication with both Chinese and English.
