Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):
1.Focus on key project of overall KPI improvement such as yield/CT/shipment etc.
2.Coordinate and lead team on problem solving in line
3.Keep good communication with customer on performance improvement and meet/exceed customer's requirement
4.Qualify and support new package development through establishing processes, equipment / material.
5.Develop and implement continuous improvement programs in quality yield and other operation issues.
6.Dispose of problematic material in the line daily.
7.Provide necessary corrective action planed for customer-generated CARs and weekly report.
8.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
9.Recommend and prepare changes, additions and modifications to facilitate continuous manufacturing improvement.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
-3 year or more working experience in semiconductor IC Assembly industry is preferred.
-University degree in electricity, mechanics, chemistry, physics or electronics
-Have semi-conduct assembly Die Attach process experience. (3years+)
