Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):
- Interface between Sales team, customers and the factory;
- Managing and improve daily die receipts, inputs and expedite outbound shipping;
- Reviewing customer's daily status, production, quality and logistic related issues, good skill to solve the problems by working with related department/personnel;
- Working with sales, manufacturing, finance, IT and field support department personnel to resolve standard to complex B2B, billing or product and pricing issue;
- Establishing and maintain specific customer database;
- Establishing and negotiate reporting structure with customer;
- Providing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report to customer in an accurate manner;
- Accommodate sales/customer's visit.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- University degree or above in Business or Engineering
- English - level 6 minimum
- 3 years of relevant experience, consider new graduate as well
