Job Description
*Respond to customer inquiries via telephone communication for Grundfos China in an efficient and effective manner.
*To update sales contact information in time
*To transfer incoming calls to right person with high efficiency
*To record inbound calls data and report to manager weekly
*To perform related duties as assigned
Job Profile
*1 year working experience in Call Center function preferred
*Colleague degree or above
*Good oral and written English skills
*Nice voice
*Team player
*Good communication skills
