Overall Purpose of Job:
-Bank Reconciliation
-Sales contracts management
-A/R bad-debtors Risk controlling
Main Tasks
-Posting Incoming Payment
-To track and filing the sales contracts
-Dunning Letter.
-Collection overdue statement feedback
-Other A/R daily controlling and booking review
Perform other jobs as assigned.
Tools, equipment and work aids:
-SAP, PC Lotus 123 and Microsoft office programs
-Essential equipment deemed necessary to execute tasks as and whenever justified
B PROFILE
Education and training:
?Degree holder in Accountancy from a recognized university in or outside China.
?Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.
Experiences:
?Minimum 2 years in Finance Administration preferably in International Company.
?Be good at making finance reports.
?Familiar with financial analytical, especially those trading related modules.
?Be good at office tools.
Experience in SAP is better.

Physique:
?Preferable 25 to 35 years old
