Duties and Responsibilities:
· Builds up expertise to master relevant CRM analytics approaches and customer based insight application knowledge for certain of defined industries.
· Leads and works with third party data source and other functional stakeholders to evaluate data effectiveness, to improve data quality, to develop data integration, to automate data process, to document data background, to enrich data usage, and to promote data application.
· Communicates and consults with business consultants and client contacts to support the development of the customer and information management projects, to provide customerized analytics solution, to evaluate deliverables and to facilitate the integration and implementation.
· Incorporates analytics approaches together with existing data management processes and information products to develop and tailor marketing strategy and consumer insight analytics solutions for clients.
· Works as a key contributor in CRM strategy analysis and development projects, to understand business background, identify analytical approach, design data process, manage data clean-up, define consumer segmentation strategy, apply analytics model, deliver reports and documents, provide illustration and presentation, etc.
· Independently works on multiple projects at the same time, to meet deadlines and ensure delivery quality. Be responsible to track the solution performance and make improvement or adjustment.
· Provides support to analytics consultants and business analysts in our global team on ad hoc data analysis, data segment and business reporting functions.
Requirements:
· Master degree from discipline with extensive analytics or quantitative exposure such as major in Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering with subject in data-mining or artificial intelligence, etc.
· At least 4 years working experience in market research and campaign management, consumer data analysis, consumer analytics consulting, CRM techniques development or analytics model building.
· Knowledge and experience working in logistic regression, cluster segmentation and decision tree algorithm and methodology.
· Industry knowledge in Retail, Consumer Package Goods, Automotive, Telecom, Insurance or Financial Services is preferred.
· Experience working on manipulating huge size of consumer data.
· Good SAS or SPSS or R skill. Good SQL and database skill.
· Solid knowledge in advanced statistics, or data-mining, or optimization methodologies is required.
· Good verbal, writing and presentation skill.
· Good programming skill.
