Avandeo, Germany’s premier online furniture brand, currently expands into offline franchise stores throughout China. We are looking for a highly experienced Franchise Manager to join our team in Shanghai. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for the design of state-of-the-art furniture stores, as well as for managing franchisees throughout China.
Main responsibilities:
? Development of state-of-the-art offline furniture store concept
? Implementation of store concept during pilot and launch phases
? Marketing of store concept to franchisees throughout China
? Development of incentive system for store owners throughout China
? Management of franchisees, including target definition, performance monitoring, and continuous improvements
Main qualifications:
? Five+ years experience in offline store design in China
? Deep understanding of Chinese consumer market across regions and tier levels
? Five+ years experience in management and incentive systems for franchise stores
? Strong ability to interact effectively with colleagues and business partners
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
? Out-going character: takes initiative and solves problems independently
? Performance-orientation
? Organized and detail oriented
? Strong comfort in multi-tasking; ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
