Job description
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Shanghai. The Accountant will be responsible for booking of costs and providing financial information to the management.
Main responsibilities
- Process booking in general ledger
- Main point of contact for Tax Authority
- Conducts months end close & yearend close
- Prepares balance sheet as well as profit and loss statements
- Monitors internal controls and identifies discrepancies
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information
- Responsible for Cash Management
- Point of contact for Audits
- Ensures a proper documentation
Candidates
Native Chinese, fluent English
Qualifications
- Detail-orientated & Reliable
- Experience as Accountant for 2-3 years preferred
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- MS Office skills required
- SAP knowledge would be beneficial
- Reporting skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal & written)
