Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team in Shanghai. The HR Assistant will be responsible for all tasks related to Human Resources in an international company and will be directly reporting to the CEO.
Main responsibilities
？ Recruitment
？ On- & Off-Boarding of employees
？ Visa application process and visa bureau relations
？ Portal Management
？ Organizational planning and gap analysis
？ Coordination with external recruitment companies
？ Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
？ Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing and analyzing data
？ Scheduling of bonus review meetings with employees
？ Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential & ensure a proper filing
Candidates
Native Chinese, fluent English
Qualifications
？ Good communication skills
？ Organizational and time management skills
？ Experience as HR Assistant in an international company preferred
？ MS Office skills required
？ Reporting skills
？ Reliability & confidentiality
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal & written)
