1 Assist to develop annual sales budget and plan according to business development requirement根据公司战略规划协助制定年度销售计划和预算2 Take Charge to develop new customer, maintain the good customer relationship, spread and develop the product share of the market负责开发新客户,维护良好的客户关系,并加大发掘产品的市场占有率3 Collecting the marketing information and feedback from end customer, based on each side advice to make sale strategy, after sale services and new product development.为管理团队收集行业市场信息和最终用户反馈,结合各方意见从而制定销售策略、售后服务,产品改进和新产品开发等4 Make sure to join in the sales meeting on time, provide the analysis report of the market.准时参加销售会议,并能按要求提交销售分析报告5 Customer negotiation, Contract document and signature商务谈判,合同文档的审核和签订6 Deal with the PO and follow the Customer payment订单处理和跟踪客户付款要求:Academy and above, major in Mechanical ,electrical or Automotive or related大专及以上学历,机械,电气,汽车或相关专业10 years and above in manufacturing, Automotive industry is preferred10 年以上制造业经验,汽车行业优先Familiar with APQP and experienced in communication熟悉通用APQP,良好的沟通能力Have Leadership and management concept and capability拥有一定的领导力和管理理念和能力中级工程师(Intermediate Engineer)CET - 6 and above. Fluent English in oral and writingCET - 6及以上,英文口语和读写良好Familiar with general OA software, Can use CAD software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc熟悉通用办公室自动化软件,会使用CAD等软件,例如:Office, Visio等...
