(6-8 Accountabilities which form the core responsibilities of the position / 6-8条岗位的主要职责)1.新供应商的开发和现有供应商的改善New supplier development and exist supplier improvement.2.供应商质量问题及8D提交追踪改善。 Support quality issue handling and 8D follow up.3.金相和材料分析包括流线测试，微观结构，晶粒度，硬度测试等。Metallographic & Material analysis including streamline testing ， micro- structure， grain size， hardness testing etc.4.钢材、铝材进料检验Steel / Al incoming inspection.5.锻件产品的过程实验室检验& 热处理工艺开发配合Forging parts production inspection and heat treatment process parameter development support6.建立标准，工作指导，测试记录和样件保留。Establishing standards， work instruction ， records of testing and sample reservation
