Responsibilities / 岗位职责：(6-8 Accountabilities which form the core responsibilities of the position / 6-8条岗位的主要职责)1. Plan and control raw material orders with local and oversea suppliers， based on customers’ rolling forecast， actual fixed delivery plan， and stock level 2. Negotiate and Follow up with suppliers on OTD， and do appropriate adjustoments according to customers’ demand fluctuation 3. Maintain and update all relevant data in SAP regularly. 4. Be able to solve material issues caused by emergency situation from internal and external5. Daily communication with raw material suppliers both local and oversea， strictly comply with the price conditions， incoterms， contract clauses etc.， handle the goods receipt posting， invoicing and document filing6. Self-develop capabilities to meet the position requirements7.
