Responsibilities:1.Customer technical support 2.Define， plan， monitor， control and finalize customer program/project/New part and sub-projects according to HPM including handover to production; Lead project teams; reach pre-defined project targets3.Technical support for series production in terms of optimization of existing process 4.Know-how transfer from headquarter to subsidiary companies5.Support RFQ processing， engineering change， experiment， cost estimation procedure6.Coordination and communication with other plants， departments and suppliers7.The position possessor is ready to stick to applicable quality， environment and work safety guidelines and cope with his tasks within scope of his qualification or assignmentRequirements:1.Master degree of science / engineering， education in German technical school / university preferred2.3 years working experience in metal processing industry preferred3.Project management experience in automotive industry preferred4.Fluent in written and spoken English， German， Japanese or Korean language skill preferred 5.Knowledge in metal forging， machining， heat treatment and material science6.Familiar with MS-Office and SAP software...
